what is a vin Verification:

A VIN verification is a physical inspection of your car, truck, Rv, Semi truck or trailer,Using the Reg 31 .The VIN number, odometer, body type model, year, make, model, and emissions label are documented on the reg 31 form. It is to identify its unique number that no other vehicle has. This is to prevent fraud and theft. This is a vital process in registering vehicles in California. Only a certified vehicle verifier can do a vin verification or DMV ,CHP agent .

NOTE

A Licensed Vehicle verifier cannot verify a salvage vehicle ,only DMV or CHP Agent

can perform this kind of inspection!
